Heart Consciousness is tuning into the intelligence of the heart. The heart is 60 times more powerful than any other vibration we carry and reacts to experiences before the mind is ever aware of what it happening! You actually feel it in your heart or gut first.
For me, the heart intelligence is simple, unlike the mind. It knows that everything is working out for the highest good so that there is always stillness within, even in trauma or chaos because we can accept each moment as it comes. We can be in the moment, fully present where peace and creativity happen naturally; the outer world no longer controlling our reactions to fear or grief, although it is felt and honored within. .
In this process, we learn the value of forgiveness. It becomes clear that we are able and more willing to let the past go because this allow us to feel the present moment and co-create new exciting adventures to happen, Being led with this renewed heart energy opens the pathway of Joy and vitality because the outside influences are no longer dictating the emotions- at least not nearly as much. .
This has the power to turn fear into love; Which is described as a miracle when we are aware of it. The heart then gives us courage to look inward at all those things we attempt to ignore, deny, reflect and numb. We can ask the heart for its intelligence to lead us towards peace when we find ourselves feeling alone or lost because we have journeyed with our intention and infused it with Divine energy by this point. We have come to see and witness its' intelligence for ourselves.
Living in the Heart Consciousness allows us to source and send light to our own wounds; -for instance those parts that I may have deemed un-loveable or past rejections that left imprints in my heart area, Sending them love from the light of the heart brings us clarity, joy, gratitude, trust, freedom and Love. This is not an intellectual knowing but a deep knowing that resonantes beyond a belief in it. This "knowing" creates the desire to see others as ourselves and gives rise to offering light and love to the planet wherever a cry is presenting to us.
If you are just learning about your energy, know that the answers always come -although it may not always look like something we were expecting, the answer always comes, so stay open! In a short time, this turns into deep gratitude that fuels the heart center and is deeply felt.
Where to begin? Close your eyes and take in a deep breath and ask your heart to reveal its' depths to you and Keep going.
